The author shall not be held liable for any damage to you, your
computer, or to anyone or anything else, that may result from its use,
or misuse. You use this software at your own risk.

Files compressed with this software may only be distributed in
accordance with rights granted for the license purchased. If no license
has been purchased, compressed files may not be part of any software that
is sold or bartered, but may be distributed if there is no charge for the
software.

If this is the evaluation version, the user agrees to purchase the
product or cease use after the evaluation period has ended.
